Dough Pizza Kitchen is a unique restaurant in Manchester's quirky Northern Quarter that offers a great range of freshly-cooked, traditional style pizzas. Their menu was a clumsy laminated sheet of A3 which looked more like a takeaway menu than something from an upmarket eatery.

My aim going into the project was to create a simple and appetising menu set that would entice diners and also be more practical for the staff to use. I felt that the old, clinical takeout menus they had didn't reflect the love they put into their pizzas - I aimed to change that...
